Meadow Run Mountain Lake Park Association is a homeowners association chartered with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Persons who own property at Mountain Lake or Meadow Run Lake, which adjoin PA State Game Lands #91, are automatically members.
Before purchasing property, please familiarize yourself with our deed covenants, bylaws and rules.
In addition, a Transfer of Property and Resale Certificate Request Form must be completed by the Title Company or person selling property within the Park Association prior to the closing. Per our Rules and Regulations, there is a $200.
MRMLPA is nearly surrounded by Pennsylvania State Gamelands #91 and Lackawanna State Forest is less than 5 minutes away.

Both lakes, which are private, were created in 1890 when two dams were installed on Meadow Run to create ice lakes for the Bear Creek Ice Company. Although there is a small area near the Meadow Run dam that reaches 20 feet deep, most of the lake is less than 12 feet deep.
